William M. Boylin, Ph.D. is a marriage, family, individual and systems psychotherapist, a public speaker and author. He currently holds supervisory positions at Connecticut Valley Hospital (Director of Family Services) and at the University of Connecticut Medical School (Associate Professor - Clinical Psychiatry) as well as an adjunct faculty member at several other schools. He is licensed as a substance abuse counselor and is a strong supporter of DARE.

Dr. Boylin has worked with many colleagues to develop 'cuddle groups' to help fellow therapists cope with issues brought about by client interaction. He actively writes articles about his experiences in the field of clinical psychotherapy and recently authored his first book, Bedlam. Dr. Boylin has a private practice in Middlefield, Connecticut.
